Our company provides service to lending institutions, the mortgage community, prominent owners and private investors. We are FHA approved, and perform services on residential (cooperatives, condominiums, single-family dwellings and small residential income properties) and commercial properties. As an established real estate appraisal firm, we cater to loan officers as much as possible. We are open five days a week (Monday through Friday) and can schedule appointments at any time of the day. We understand, furthermore, that no two clients? schedules are the same and we can, for instance, take care of the exterior work during the day and return later to finish the job with an interior inspection. For that same reason, we can schedule appointments seven days a week. We understand the importance of being able to contact your appraiser. Clients have told us about too many instances in which they cannot contact the appraiser for updates on their borrower or stipulations. We think that is unacceptable and therefore provide the appraiser?s cell phone numbers in addition to the main office number. We also have a very large staff, which eliminates the need to subcontract work. All appraisals are completed within our office reducing confusion and turnaround time. We understand how valuable time is to mortgage brokers. We offer a 24-48 hour turnaround for all reports (save for commercial properties). Under special circumstances, a same day turnaround will be achieved. We know that loan officers always seek appraisers that cover their areas and are always willing to try someone new.
