Valerie's Brown Sugar specializes in cakes(top sellers are Red Velvet, Rum and Carrot)Caramel, Strawberry Shortcake, Pineapple Upside down, butterpecan pound cake and a host of others; cheesecakes (provided by my partner Cream of Cream's Cheesecakes - Strawberry, Cherry, Pineapple, Cookies and Cream, Brownie, Pina Colada, Carrot Cake, Sweet Potato, etc.); cupcakes (black bottom, White Russian, banana pudding, key lime or lemon w/meringue topping, etc.); pies (sweet potato, key lime, and lemon meringue). I also provide a variety of diabetic deserts including cakes, cheesecakes, and cookies. Allergic to eggs? I have cookies and a cake that you'll love. My fresh home baked goods come in standard form 8" or 9" round and square (larger sizes provided upon request), sheet cakes 9 x 13" or 11 x 16". My Bundt cakes can be made in floral shapes (Rose and Chrysanthemum, Sunflower, pan w/individual violets), festival, mini-bundts, etc. I make children's birthday cakes, ice cream cone, football, Dora, doll cakes, sandcastle w/goldfish, and other aquatic shapes. Cakes for baby showers in the shape of a teddybear, baby carriage, Noah's Ark, etc. For Bridal Showers and Bachelor Parties I have exotic cakes and lollipops. I made a pool table w/pool balls for my husband's birthday a few years ago and it was a big hit! Chocolate or vanilla lollipops can be provided for any occasion or according to any theme. For theme parties like a Luau I have palm tree and a pineapple shaped pans. I make a variety of cookies in drop or cutout form. Drop: chocolate chip in a variety of different flavors w/nuts, oatmeal, coconut, banana etc.), oatmeal (w/coconut butterscotch, raisins, carrot, rum or Hennessey, etc.), pina colada, peantubutter, etc. Shaped: Martini Glass, shoes and hats (great for Mother's Day), flowers, ice cream cone (goes great w/the ice cream cone cake), sport shapes, musical shapes, baby shower items, palm tree, etc. name the cookie you like and I can make it. I also make wedding cakes and cakes with pictures as the main focal point. I almost forgot about my brownies, double chocolate, caramel, mint, and a varierty of others. Do you like Banana Pudding?
