Peter's Since 1969

This was my first time at Peter's and it was great. They had a buy 1 get 1 free draft beer always good! I came in for the beer and left 5 pounds heavier -- the short ribs, sweet potatoes and string beans were marvelous. If you need to get your eat on, try Peter's.

Want some home cooking without the pain of cooking it yourself? GO to Peter's Since 1969! The best homestyle cooking I've had since eating Sunday dinners at mom's. The food is excellent and within minutes after you order, you are sitting and eating. There was so much food that I had to take some home and I was still full. Wow. I want more.

Good food, excellent service, nice music, clean place and nice bathrooms what more can you ask.

Seriously, the owner has a serious attitude problem, insulting her patrons, the people working the counter are in a cloud, and the food made my friend and I seriously sick. I'm considering calling the department of health, they probably don't wash their hands and use poor hygiene in the kitchen Who knows On top of that they are absolutely rude. Go anywhere but here - one of the worst in Williamsburg.

The place has good food, nice ambience with a fun soulful vibe from the music playing in the background, and a sweet backyard patio which is real nice on a nice summer nights. Even has fireflies sometimes. Great place to hang with friends.

As a new addition to the neighborhood, I had to check out Peter's. It was no disappointment either. The chicken rotisserie was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The chicken seemed to melt in your mouth it was so soft and those sidesI will have to keep coming back so I can try everything. It truley is a great addition to the neighborhood!
